Booking Policy
All bookings will require a credit card to reserve your appointment. No appointments will be confirmed without credit card information provided.
Cancellations
Your appointments are important to us and because of that, we make sure everything for your services are prepped & ready for your arrival. We understand that things may get in the way and appointments need to be cancelled or reschedule. All services require a 24 hour cancellation notification. We will reserve your date and time with a credit card. Your credit card will not be charged unless you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
Group Appointments - A 24 hour cancellation is needed to cancel one group member’s session. If an individual person in your group changes their mind within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full price of the service.
Arriving Late
We ask that you are no later than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment. We want the best experience for you and require the entire time to perform a full service. Later than 15 minutes will result in a rescheduling. If we are able to take you in late, the charge will be full price with a shorter service time. If we are unable to take you at the time you arrive, you will be charged for 50% of the service you missed.
No Shows
If you no-show without notice on the day of your appointment we will charge you 100% of your booked service price with your on- file credit card. You will then have to prepay for all future appointments.
