Angela Joy
Angela Joy Semana was born and raised on Kaua'i, HI. She began her journey in yoga in 2005 at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Here she set out to explore her life in Comprehensive Medical Imaging, she discovered Yoga as her outlet to transform the stress and daily challenges of life. Yoga helped her heal her depression and anxiety and later became her passion. Angela has practiced multiple types of yoga for 15+ years including Ashtanga, Hatha , Bikram, Yin, & Vinyasa.
She later accomplished her 200-hour yoga teacher training over a nine-month program at Kalaheo Yoga. With this training, Angela was able to embrace the teachings and expand her passion for yoga.
Angela is a mother to her little boy and also loves to share yoga with him. When she is not practicing yoga she loves to spend time with her son. Angela also enjoys gardening, meditating, spending time at the beach, & hiking. She is an avid believer in living a balanced life and is excited and honored to serve the community with yoga.
Angela hopes to inspire others to live a joyful life through the practice of yoga.

Gentle Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa is a style of yoga that links movement with the breath. This class is a more gentle flow practice. We use the breath to connect the mind and body as we move through a series of gentle poses at a slower pace. This class is designed for those who want to gently build strength, relieve stress, & develop a deeper mind/body connection. Other benefits of this class may include improving balance, flexibility, calming the mind, and having deeper relaxation. All levels are welcome.
