Shakti Pearce
A lifelong yoga practitioner, Shakti completed her yoga teacher training in San Francisco, with a strong focus on Anusara alignment principles. She then taught alignment-based yoga in the Bay Area beginning in 2013. To continue developing her practice and understanding of yoga, Shakti has studied Shadow Yoga, a rigorous and in-depth school of Hatha Yoga, with Scott Blossom for the past 6 years.
She takes her inspiration from nature, and the natural rhythms and movements of the human body. Living in harmony with nature starts with your body. Learn to be at one with it, to listen, learn and be from the inside out. This lays the foundation for health and full enjoyment of life.
